CONGRATULATIONS to Kyeema and Joel on the safe arrival of baby Jed on the 25th January 2008!!!

This is very special news and Kyeema and Joel are excited to share it with you! Jed weighed 7.7 pound or 3.385kg and was 50 cm long. He and Mum are doing brilliantly. With the help of a healthy, balanced diet and preceonception care for both her and Joel, Kyeema avoided all those undesirable pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness and lethargy. She went through labour without any intervention and achieved her goal of delivering Jed without painkillers.

As the first two cooking class were so successful we are going to be holding them on a regular basis.
